It's about time to live in my own.
I've had 6 different residences, thus I would always find it hard to decide what to put as my mailing address when I fill out an application form. Good thing that's the only concern I have now. Imagine a young kid forced to adjust to different rules, different cultures, different families.
Since then, I've longed to call an actual place my home.
Two years ago, on this very same month, I made a deal to finally invest on my own condominium. While it caused me to cut down my expenses (even my credit card) -- that means less gimik and travel -- I knew the decision is like engaging on a marriage that will never end up in divorce.

Yes, soon I will be living in my own bachelor pad. Cool huh?! Not my initial intention, though. I've also made a home at school, office and church but every day I had to endure the fear of leaving the comfort when the sun sets down, in a time when I need to actually feel more secured and comfortable. It's still different to settle in a place where familiarity is a non-issue.
Fingers crossed, once I've furnished all papers and expenses, I am ready to move in this July. Exciting! Good news came after a big "move out." Talk about starting anew.
I wanted to be proud of this great feat. Though not the perfect answer, I know I've managed to somehow ease the longing.

Hi. My husband and I decided to get a unit, turnover will be next year for the rhine tower. Just wanted to know how's the community, the unit and whatever it is to be in the place. I just wanted to have a peace of mind. Hope you could share some thoughts. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteAs far as my experience is concerned, the place provides needed security and service. It is a quiet community. An isolated case of theft happened one time but that triggered the management to hire more guards and heighten security but putting up doors even on garage areas. Everyone was also updated regarding the incident. I actually recommended my friend to get one. She's now my neighbor and she's pleased with it.
